• Organizations must be based in the United States and registered as IRS 501(c)(3) nonprofits.
• Participating businesses should be licensed and operational in the United States.

• Program Details:
  
  • Bushman Financial LLC operates as a separate ISO (Independent Sales Organization) under North American Bancard (NAB).
  • The program continues as long as the business is under Bushman Financial LLC's account with NAB, including the associated organization.
  • Each business will be offered a free card terminal, though some businesses might require a separate POS (Point of Sale) system, for which the business owner is responsible.
  • Businesses with monthly transactions below $10,000 might not experience reductions in credit/debit card processing fees.
  • All necessary information and requirements will be communicated to the specific business owner by Bushman Financial LLC.

• Sales Representatives and Participation:
  
  • Sales representatives for the program are independent 1099 contractors and not employees of Bushman Financial LLC or NAB.
  • Participation in the program is at the sole discretion of Bushman Financial LLC and/or NAB where applicable.
  • Additional terms and conditions may apply, and Bushman Financial LLC reserves the right to cancel the program with a business or organization upon 30 days' written notice.
